Play area for kids
The camping has a private and fenced children's playground. In our private beach you will find some games for children and the beach volleyball court.
At 500 meters there is a school for windsurf, kayak, and sup. Here there is also the possibility of renting boats and catamarans. In the public beach in front of the campsite, at the beginning and at the end of the season (from April until mid-June and in September) it is kitesurfing possible.
Animation on the beach
More than 12 km long beach allow many fitness activities, like acquagym, aerobic, body tonic, group dances, school for Wind Surf and Paddle Surf.
Playgrounds for children, courts for Beach Tennis, Beach Volley or Beach Soccer find wide spaces on the long golden sand beach. In June the Beach Volley Marathon takes place in front of the thermal baths: 250 courts are equipped for this event.
The beach line offers long walks with the sea's reflection as the 4 km long route up to the traditional lighthouse, surrounded from sand dunes and the Mediterranean Pinewood.
Activities and animation
Bibione is a completed village and a safe place, holidays here are characterized by sport activities and excursions or by relax and shopping. Many attractions take place in Bibione … a place to love, terra d'amare: art exhibitions, plays, fireworks, folkloric festival as the asparagus one. On the second week of September takes place the September Festival with live music, a successful attraction to taste wines and dishes of the region. A series of interesting organ concerts usually take place at the main church. For children every evening except the weekends outdoor cinema and cartoons. Excursions to discover natural treasures like the historical valleys Valgrande and Vallesina and the naturalistic oasis Vallevecchia can be reserved at the Hotel Eden. A wide range of sport events take place in the summer: Beach Tennis, Beach Volley, volleyball or basket championships, the march in Bibione and Surf Casting competitions.
Hikings and sports
Bibione is the beach of sports and wellbeing. With more than 50 km long cycle tracks, Bibione offers many routes with different levels, both for families and children or for programmed trainings like: • Promenade across Bibione: Lenght: 13 km, a perfect route to discover Bibione from the seaside, the touristic harbour in Bibione Pineta and the green areas. • The lighthouse and the pinewood: a ride in the green lung of Bibione, tourists gradually enter the green areas and come out at the seaside, where the solitary lighthouse stands. • Casoni and the countyside of Terzo Bacino: discovering the lagoon, where time stops, the ancient village of peasants and the canal Lovi, it is a wonderful promenade with splendid landscapes. • Vallevecchia e la Brussa: visit to Vallevecchia, site of great ecological interest, it is the ideal place both for nature lovers and birdwatching fans to practise fishing, trekking and horse-riding. • The river Tagliamento: both for for mountain bikers and for a running along the riverside.
In July and August the bravest ones can join a group of about 60 cyclocross bikers on road. At 8:00 spontaneous meeting point for a cycle race at high speed. At sunset kayak excursion up to Vallevecchia and return at the moonlight. It is important to remind the wide choice of sports activities like: acquagym, aerobic, body tonic, group dances, Wind Surf schools, Paddle Surf, Kite Surf on the free beach, the Mizuno Beach Volley Marathon 2014, with 250 courts equipped for thousand of players from all over the world, and Nordic Walking.
Only 6 km from the Hotel Eden, the Golf Club Lignano extends over a surface of 6.070 m. in the pine trees between Bibione and Lignano. Thanks to the wonderful 18 holes par 72 golf courts, easy and relaxing, is the ideal place both for amateurs and experts. In Bibione near the Hotel Eden our guests can find Mini-Golf courts.
Shopping
Besides the long promenade of Bibione in the middle of shops for every taste, two shopping malls are easy to reach:
Designer Outlet Village in Noventa di Piave: Located 60 km from Bibione, few steps from the Venice lagoon. This is the centre for the quality shopping with more than 100 brand stores and boutiques, it offers a wide choice of designer products.
Outlet Village in Palmanova: Located 50 km from Bibione and near wonderful cities like Gorizia and Trieste, is a small city for the shopping of the north-east area. Here you can shop in more than 90 brand stores and famous labels.
